Home Buyers Protection warranty in San Diego county

Has anyone in SAN DIEGO COUNTY every used First American Home Buyers Protection warranty? Is it worth the money? Are the technicians good? Do they arrive in a timely manner? Any problems/complaints?

Above you will find a link to the company's BBB Report and TrustLink Reviews. Although neither will show results filtered by location, you can still probably get a pretty good idea of what consumer experience with this company is like in general.

thanks dts for your reply. None of the reviews on TrustLink are for San Diego County. The reviews generally through out the country are horrible for this company, but BBB gives them an A+ because all of the 1300 disputes were pretty much resolved. I called BBB yesterday, apparently this company has only had one complaint in San Diego county in the last 3 years. If I go on the reviews alone, I would never buy this policy, but maybe the vendors in San Diego are better than most. Buying warranty insurance is always a gamble though.
